Prescription is mandatory for medicines falling under Schedule H, H1, X, N and other regulated drugs, as per Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940.Pharmacy verifies the prescription, and may accept/reject order based on legal compliance.Customer must ensure the prescription is clear, valid, genuine and not expired.Orders will be processed only after order confirmation by the customer.

3. Pricing, Discounts & Payment

Quick Sanjeevni does not decide medicine pricing. All prices are strictly based on original pharmacy invoice.Customers are eligible for discounts provided by participating pharmacies.Delivery & service charges are separate and not part of pharmacy billing.Some orders may require advance payment for high-value, special, or cold-chain medicines.

CARRIERS, SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Quick Sanjeevni operates ONLY as a medicine pick-up and delivery service, not as a seller of medicines.

We currently provide on-ground delivery within:

Pin codes supported: 482001 – 482011, 482020, 482021, 482022, 482023, 482024, 482005, etc.

For out-station delivery (courier services):

✅ Available on request (via third-party courier)

✅ Step 1 — Customer Sends Prescription / Medicine List

We check with partnered pharmacies and issue estimates.

✅ Step 3 — Order Confirmation

Customer confirms quantity, brand, and price.

✅ Step 4 — Pickup

We pick up medicines from a licensed partner pharmacy.

✅ Step 5 — Delivery

Medicines are delivered safely to customer’s address in sealed packaging.

✅ Step 6 — Original Pharmacy Bill

Attached with every order.

✅ 3. Delivery Time Estimates

✅ Standard Delivery

60 minutes and above, depending on distance and stock availability.

✅ Delayed Delivery Conditions

Delivery time may extend in case of:

Unavailable medicine

High-priority orders

Weather conditions

Heavy traffic

Pharmacy preparation delay

Festivals / city lockdown / strikes

Customer not responding to rider

The customer will be informed immediately.

✅ 4. Delivery Charges

✅ Free Delivery may be offered on promotional basis or first order.

✅ Delivery charges depend on distance, time, and order value.

Customer will always be informed of delivery charge BEFORE confirming the order.

No hidden fees.

✅ 5. Packaging & Handling

All medicines are:

✅ Sealed properly

✅ Checked for expiry

✅ Packed in hygienic bags

✅ Never opened, altered, or repacked

✅ Handled by trained delivery partners

Riders cannot open or inspect medicine strips.

✅ 6. Delivery Partner Responsibilities

Riders must:

✅ Ensure safe and timely delivery

✅ Maintain proper hygiene

✅ Behave politely

✅ Verify customer identity

✅ Not give medical advice

✅ Not ask customers for tips

✅ Not hand medicines to minors (under 18)

If customer is unavailable, rider will attempt 3 calls before marking as “Delivery Failed”.

✅ 7. Customer Responsibilities During Delivery

Customers must:

✅ Provide accurate address

✅ Keep phone reachable

✅ Be present at the location

✅ Provide original prescription (if required)

✅ Check medicines immediately on delivery

✅ Make payment on time (if COD)

Failure to comply may lead to delay or cancellation.

✅ 8. Failed Delivery / Re-Attempt Policy

A delivery may fail if:

Customer is unreachable

Wrong address

Restricted area

Customer refuses to accept without valid reason

In such cases:

✅ A re-attempt charge may apply

✅ Cancelled orders may not be eligible for refund of delivery fee

✅ Perishable / temperature-sensitive medicines cannot be returned

✅ 9. Third-Party Courier Deliveries (Outside Jabalpur)

For deliveries outside Jabalpur:

✅ We use trusted carriers (Bluedart / Delhivery / DTDC / India Post)*

✅ Delivery time: 1–4 days

✅ Charges vary by weight & distance

✅ Customers will receive tracking details

*Carrier choice depends on availability in destination city.

Quick Sanjeevni is NOT responsible for delays by external couriers.

❌ Any reaction caused by medicines

❌ Delay due to pharmacy stock issues

❌ Wrong instructions from customers

❌ Incorrect address provided

❌ Issues caused by courier companies

❌ Damages after the package is delivered

❌ Temperature-sensitive medicine issues during courier transit

We only pick up & deliver medicines from licensed pharmacies.

The pharmacy is responsible for:

✅ Medicine quality

✅ Expiry date

✅ Authenticity

✅ Correct dispensing

✅ Pricing

✅ GST bill
